1. HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

SERVICES BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, AS WE DO NOT TAKE WALK-INS. NEW GUESTS MUST COMPLETE THE NEW GUEST APPLICATION UNDER OUR NEW GUEST TAB. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECIEVED A SERVICE IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS, YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED A NEW GUEST. CURRENT GUESTS MAY BOOK ONLINE UNDER OUR CURRENT GUEST TAB.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

WE UNDERSTAND BUSY SCHEDULES AND DIFFERENT CIRCUMSTANCES CAN'T BE AVOIDED, SO WE ARE HAPPY TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT AT NO CHARGE IF CANCELED 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF APPONTMENT WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE SERVICE FEE AND DAY OF CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A 100% CHARGE. A CREDIT CARD NUMBER IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE YOUR APPOINTMENT.

3. CAN I BRING A FRIEND?

SINCE WE ARE LOCATED IN A SMALL BUT FABULOUS SPACE, WE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT BRING GUESTS AND EXTRA PEOPLE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, UNLESS THEY ARE ALSO RECEIVING A SERVICE. THIS INCLUDES CHILDREN.

4. SHOULD I WASH MY HAIR BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT?

CLEAN HAIR IS ALWAYS BEST TO ENSURE YOUR BEST COLOR OR EXTENSION SERVICE.

5. WHAT IF I'M RUNNING LATE?

TO STAY ON SCHEDULE AND AVOID RUNNING BEHIND FOR OUR NEXT GUEST, WE ASK YOU ARRIVE EARLY TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU ARE ARRIVING MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE, THAT APPOINTMENT IS SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION AND A 50% FEE OF THE SERVICE BOOKED.

6. WE ASK THAT YOU DISCLOSE THE USE OF ANY MEDICATION, HORMONE OR CANCER TREATMENTS, SURGERIES, PAST COLOR HISTORY; INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO HENNA DYES, BOX COLOR, BLEACH PERMS, RELAXERS, OVER PROCESSING OF CHEMICALS OR USE OF THERMAL TOOLS BEFORE YOUR CHEMICAL, EXTENSION OR WAXING APPOINTMENT. IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY UNDER THE CARE OF AN MD, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO RESEARCH IF CHEMICAL SERVICES ARE COMPATIBLE WITH ANY PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION OR CANCER TREATMENT WHICH YOU ARE CURRENTLYH BEING TREATED WITH OR HAVE USED PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.

 

 7. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRODUCT ORDER?

OUR STORE FRONT SHIPS OUT RETAIL PRODUCTS ON TUESDAY AND THURSDAY. LOCAL ORDERS CAN ALSO BE PICKED UP IN THE SALON FREE OF A SHIPPING CHARGE. UNOPENED PRODUCTS MAY BE RETURNED FOR A FULL REFUND WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
